Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognised university.
• PRC Civil Engineer License.
• 5 to 10 years of structural engineering experience.
• Experience with reinforced concrete and/or structural steel building design.
• Experience on multi-storey building projects.
• Proficiency in ETABS (3+ years) and other listed software.

Responsibilities

• Design reinforced concrete and structural steel building structures.
• Perform structural analysis and modelling using industry-standard software.
• Undertake lateral stability analysis for wind and seismic loading.
• Design reinforced and post-tensioned concrete floor systems.
• Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, and design documentation.

Join our growing team and help deliver high-quality structural engineering projects for the Australian and international market.

We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer with strong technical design capability and a passion for building structures. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial, residential, education, healthcare, industrial, and mixed-use developments while collaborating with experienced engineers across international project teams.

What You'll Do

• Design reinforced concrete and structural steel building structures
• Perform structural analysis and modelling using industry-standard software
• Undertake lateral stability analysis and design for wind and seismic loading
• Design reinforced and post-tensioned concrete floor systems
• Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, and structural design documentation
• Coordinate with architects, drafters, and multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Support project delivery from concept design through detailed design and construction documentation
• Contribute to practical, efficient, and buildable engineering solutions
• Mentor and support junior engineers where appropriate

Essential Criteria

• Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognised university
• PRC Civil Engineer License
• Experience
• 5 to 10 years of structural engineering experience
• Experience in reinforced concrete and/or structural steel building design
• Experience working on multi-storey building projects
• Experience undertaking structural analysis and design using industry-standard software
• Technical Skills
• Proficiency in ETABS (minimum 3 years).
• Proficiency in at least one of the following:
• SAFE (minimum 3 years)
• RAPT (minimum 1 years)
• RAM Concept (minimum 1 years)
• Understanding of structural load paths and lateral stability systems
• Ability to prepare engineering calculations and technical reports
• Ability to prepare and coordinate structural design documentation
• Communication
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams

Preferred Criteria

• Buildings Design Experience
• Experience in post-tensioned slab design
• Experience in foundation and retaining wall design
• Experience in structural assessments, retrofit, and strengthening projects
• Experience with medium-rise and high-rise building structures
