• Experience with commercial or office buildings is an advantage.
• Able to provide a portfolio or references for completed projects.
• Based in or able to service Angeles City, Pampanga.
• Available for initial meeting and on-site inspection.

Responsibilities

• Conduct an on-site structural assessment of an existing two-story office building.
• Evaluate the building's current structural condition and identify reinforcement requirements.
• Recommend reinforcement solutions based on professional assessment.
• Provide structural calculations, design plans, and technical specifications as required.
• Prepare a quotation for the proposed services and estimated timeline.
