Job summary

VXI Global Holdings B.V. (Philippines) seeks a Global Recruitment Marketing Manager to drive worldwide employer branding and candidate attraction across regions including North America, Guatemala, Jamaica and Egypt.

You will lead scalable, data-driven campaigns, strengthen brand awareness, improve candidate experience, and build qualified pipelines. This hands-on leadership role requires 8+ years in employer branding or recruitment marketing, with at least 3 years in management, and on-site work

Qualifications

• 8+ years in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent attraction.
• At least 3 years of management experience.
• End-to-end multi-channel campaigns with measurable hiring improvements.
• Deep understanding of traditional and digital channels.
• Excellent storytelling and global strategy alignment.
• Experience in Global Recruitment Marketing.
• Willingness to work graveyard shift.
• On-site work in VXI Makati.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, data-driven recruitment marketing campaigns across regions.
• Lead global paid and organic campaigns to build pipelines.
• Manage analytics, ROI, and optimization of spend.
