Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver training classes on Talent Acquisition topics, including soft and technical skills, for varied class sizes.
• Supervise participants during training; assess performance.
• Administer assessments related to the hiring process.
• Conduct training needs analysis and create new programs independently.
• Prepare and deliver training courses; apply instructional design theory.
