Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience; fresh graduates with internship experience welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, portals, and recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to candidate endorsement.
• Recruit for a wide range of positions, from rank-and-file to managerial roles.
