Boldergroup is seeking a Business Support Associate for a project-based role in the Philippines. The position operates on-site for an initial six-month term with possible extension until project completion.

The role focuses on data cleanup, validation, and operational support across cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Formación

• At least 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and proactive problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Discretion, confidentiality and sound judgment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or business productivity tools.
• A collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Data Cleanup and Validation: Review and update client, entity, fund, and business records across internal systems.
• Documentation and Records Management: Organize and maintain electronic records, indexing, tagging, and archiving.
• Business Support Operations: Assist operational teams with data-related requests and corrections; escalate data discrepancies and compliance concerns.
