Frontier is seeking an Operations Associate for data entry on a remote, 6-month contract. You will perform hands-on data entry, data review, and quality assurance while aligning with US shift hours from Manila.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in data entry, data operations, data processing, data analysis, or similar work.
• Very strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support operational projects by preparing, reviewing, and maintaining data and related materials.
• Clean and prepare data files using Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, column/row adjustments, and data standardization for upload.
• Perform manual review and quality checks to identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
• Work with Trello and HubSpot to organize contacts and operational workflows.
• Analyze performance data and compile results into clear reports and Google Slides.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
