Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Project Assistant in Metro Manila to support project managers across the lifecycle, maintain documentation, and prepare progress and financial reports. The role emphasizes data-driven project control, timely reporting, and effective collaboration with global teams.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in project accounting/coordination, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in Oracle ERP or SAP.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in project accounting and project co-ordination background.
• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, finance, business administration or equivalent.
• Finance project accounting experience or project management and coordination (preferred).
• PMP/ APM / PRINCE2 certifications will be an add on advantage to the requirement.

Responsibilities

• Support project manager across the lifecycle, updating schedules and resource plans.
• Maintain project documentation and progress reporting.
• Prepare financial reports and manage invoicing and cash flow.
• Review and update the Oracle workplan with direction of the Project Manager.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure output quality.
• Monitor WIP and assist with working capital reviews.
