Job summary

Arcadis is hiring a Project Accounting Analyst in Manila to manage project maintenance, invoicing, and reporting. The role supports Project Managers, updates projects, validates documents, and ensures timely billing and revenue recognition.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance with 2–3 years ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics) and strong English communication skills. Proactive team player able to work under pressure with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Exposure in Shared Service or multinational environment is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP Systems is required (Oracle, SAP & Microsoft Dynamics).
• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word) is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Results oriented; proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Can work flexible hours to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain projects per PM requirements.
• Prepare and issue CLS records; assist in project invoicing.
• Reforecast projects and monitor WIP, unbilled receivables.
• Ensure revenue recognition accuracy (POC, costs, revenues).
• Analyze project results, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and distribute draft invoices/credit memos.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and teams across regions.
• Support process documentation and continuous improvement.
