Job summary

Arcadis Philippines is seeking a Project Accounting Analyst to handle project setup, invoicing, reporting, and analysis to support project managers and stakeholders in a multinational environment.

The role emphasizes accurate revenue recognition, forecast accuracy, and timely project closures, with exposure to ERP systems. You will contribute to process improvements while ensuring compliance and high-quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in project accounting.
• Experience in shared services or multinational environment is an advantage.
• Proficient in ERP systems: Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain projects per requirements.
• Prepare CLS records and project invoicing.
• Forecast and monitor WIP, unbilled receivables, and revenue recognition.
• Support project managers with reporting and analysis.
• Ensure timely project closing and document validation.
• Contribute to process improvements and document standards.
