Advanced knowledge of drafting software including AutoCAD
Ability to translate concepts into functional construction designs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsible for coordination of all technical activities on assigned projects.
Plans, schedules, conducts, and coordinates assigned engineering work; monitors work for compliance with applicable codes, and accepted engineering practices;
ensures effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines and all other project participants.
ensure that all assigned personnel are coordinating their activities with other project participants and that the requirements of the Contract are being satisfied.
Identifies technical problems that are developing in mechanical aspects, and initiates appropriate corrective actions.
Meeting with stakeholders to discuss construction designs.
Drafting mechanical plans for restaurant construction projects.
Preparing budgets, material documents, and specification lists for management approval.
Acting as an intermediary between the stakeholders, contractor, and the construction team.
Overseeing building contractors and construction crews.
Visiting the site regularly to ensure construction adheres to regulations.
Ensuring the project remains on time and within specifications.
Creating progress reports, time schedules, and revised budgets.
Conducting a final inspection after the project is complete.
Performs other tasks as assigned by the department head.
