Responsibilities

• Coordinate project requirements regarding manpower and resources.
• Monitor project status and recommend corrective actions.

• Advises Project Manager on progress, problems and actions for construction execution.
• Plans and schedules construction and related works for proper sequencing and timely completion.
• Coordinates with design engineers/consultants on technical aspects of activities.
• Evaluates and verifies project accomplishments.
• Prepares daily and weekly accomplishment reports for the Project Manager.
• Can perform quantity and cost estimates.
• Ensures contract requirements are met per targets and policies.
• Coaches and mentors team for continuous improvement and performance.
• Attend pre-bid conferences and client inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the proper interpretation of all technical plans and specifications
• Coordinates and monitor project requirements as to manpower, materials, equipment and finance
• Oversees and evaluates project status and recommends corrective action and control measures for proper and timely accomplishment of the project
• Advises the Project Manager on the progress of accomplishments, problems and actions for the proper execution of construction
• Schedules and plans all actual construction and related works to recommend and improve proper sequencing of works for the timely completion of the project
• Coordinates with the project’s design engineers and / or consultants on the technical aspects of the constructive activities
• Evaluates, checks and verifies project accomplishments
• Prepares the daily and weekly accomplishment report and reports them to the Project Manager
• Can do quantity and cost estimate
• Oversees the actual execution of all activities and operations to ensure that all contract requirements are met based on the targets and policies
• Can coach and mentor workmates/subordinates for continuous improvement as well as work performance
• Technical Functions
• Attend pre-bid conferences/Client Tech Inquiries
• Support Sales during client meetings.
• Conduct ocular Inspections
• Prepare Estimations with Value Engineering
• Prepare Gannt Chart/Project Timeline
