Job summary

Oro China Jewelry is seeking a Project Architect to oversee design and technical aspects of store construction and renovation. You will ensure work aligns with approved designs, timelines, and company standards, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Architecture with 3–5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD/ArchiCAD. Office-based work at IT Park, Cebu City with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect (PRC) preferred/required, depending on company requirements.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in architectural project management, construction, fit-out, or store development.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/ArchiCAD and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Strong knowledge of architectural plans, technical documentation, construction processes, and building regulations.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and LGUs.
• Strong project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Willing to conduct site visits and travel as required.
• Experience in retail, commercial, mall, or fit-out projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate architectural requirements for store construction, renovation, and fit-out projects.
• Prepare, review, and update architectural plans, drawings, layouts, and technical documents.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with approved plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, mall representatives, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate building permits, LGU requirements, and other project documentation.
• Review contractor proposals, shop drawings, materials, and site works for compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and site activities to help ensure timely completion.
• Identify and resolve design, technical, and site-related concerns.
• Prepare project progress reports, site inspection reports, and other required documentation.
• Ensure that construction and fit-out works meet architectural standards, specifications, and company requirements.
