Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking a Key Accounts Supervisor to drive sales and manage inventories within defined accounts across Metro Manila. You will lead a team of merchandisers and collaborate with retailers to achieve targeted sales and optimal stock levels.

Responsibilities include overseeing outright stores, maintaining stock, regular store visits, account reviews, and developing new distribution channels. Strong leadership and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Effective communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proven client management skills with trust-building and meeting client needs.

About the Role

Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager

As a Key Accounts Supervisor, you will manage sales, expenses, and inventory within a defined customer and geographic area. You will work with merchandisers in achieving target sales of our products within your assigned accounts.

Other responsibilities include:

• Manage outright stores, ensuring stock availability, inventory movement, timely replenishment, and achievement of sales targets.


• Manage assigned accounts through regular store visits, relationship building, active selling, sales review and business development initiatives.


• Analyze sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement action plans to improve results.


• Open and develop new accounts to expand market reach and increase distribution.


• Handle end-to-end account management, including conducting regular business reviews.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any related field.


• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management.


• Strong leadership and people management skills.
