Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking a Project Account Specialist to work with a Project Account Manager in managing and growing a shared portfolio of project accounts. You will support client relationships, project opportunities, proposals, and specification activities.

You will collaborate across internal teams to deliver customer requirements and contribute to sales targets, with emphasis on CRM discipline and proactive account planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, project sales, or key-account support.
• Experience with project-based accounts or stakeholders is advantageous.
• Demonstrated CRM discipline and account-plan development.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and coordination skills.
• Highly collaborative and able to work closely with a sales partner or team.
• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented with multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project Account Manager to manage and develop a shared portfolio of project accounts.
• Contribute to the team's overall sales targets and objectives.
• Support client relationship management and identify opportunities to grow existing and new accounts.
• Coordinate with the Sales Support Group in the preparation of product/cost proposals.
• Influence product specifications and work with clients, contractors, developers, architects, and other project stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate customer and project information in the CRM.
• Contribute to account planning, opportunity tracking, and other sales initiatives.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of client requirements.

About the Role

As a Project Account Specialist (PAS), you will work closely with a Project Account Manager in managing and growing a shared portfolio of project accounts. You will support client relationships, project opportunities, proposals, and specification activities while contributing to the team's overall sales objectives.

Other responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with the Project Account Manager in managing and developing a shared portfolio of project accounts.
• Contribute to the team's overall sales targets and objectives.
• Support client relationship management and identify opportunities to grow existing and new accounts.
• Coordinate with the Sales Support Group in the preparation of product/cost proposals
• Help influence product specifications and work with clients, contractors, developers, architects, and other project stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and project information in the CRM.
• Contribute to account planning, opportunity tracking, and other sales initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of client requirements.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
