Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation is seeking a Project Account Specialist to work closely with a Project Account Manager in managing a shared portfolio of project accounts. You will support client relationships, project opportunities, proposals, and specification activities while contributing to the team's sales objectives and coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires strong communication, CRM discipline, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset with experience in B2B sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, project sales, or key-account support.
• Experience working with project-based accounts, clients, contractors, developers, or other business stakeholders is an advantage.
• Demonstrated CRM discipline and prior contribution to account-plan development.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and coordination skills.
• Highly collaborative and comfortable working closely with a sales partner or team.
• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project Account Manager in managing and developing a shared portfolio of project accounts.

• Coordinate with the Sales Support Group in the preparation of product/cost proposals
• Help influence product specifications and work with clients, contractors, developers, architects, and other project stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and project information in the CRM.
• Contribute to account planning, opportunity tracking, and other sales initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of client requirements.

As a Project Account Specialist (PAS), you will work closely with a Project Account Manager in managing and growing a shared portfolio of project accounts.
