Job summary

Satellite Office in Metro Manila is seeking a Program Coordinator to support program managers by organizing workflows, tracking inventory, and delivering insights that drive client decisions. This role blends operations, reporting, and data analysis in a fast-paced environment.

You will analyze sales reports, maintain merchandise inventories, manage backlog aging, and coordinate reporting with the Data Management team, gaining exposure to cross-functional collaboration and client-facing

Qualifications

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
Strong interpersonal skills and cross-team collaboration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Experience with data analysis to generate actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Pull, analyze, and interpret sales reports to identify trends and insights.
Monitor and maintain inventory trackers for co-brand, import, and event merchandise.
Own and manage backlog aging reports for visibility and accountability.
Provide administrative and operational support across programs.
Coordinate reporting requirements with Data Management and other stakeholders.
Monitor channel performance and inventory levels; support related initiatives.
Assist with additional reporting and client support activities as needed.
