Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the Philippines, based in Makati, seeks an experienced Programme Manager to shape strategy, roadmaps, and delivery approaches aligned with organisational goals. You will drive alignment across functions, ensure clear objectives, and provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders to support effective decision-making.

In this role you will establish governance frameworks, oversee risk management, drive end-to-end delivery, and monitor performance with defined metrics.

Qualifications

• Degree in project management or equivalent field.
• Proven track record managing multi-workstream initiatives and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, MSP) are advantageous.
• Strong programme and project management expertise.
• Good financial and commercial awareness.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong influencing skills with credibility at senior levels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Lead and mentor teams, fostering high performance, accountability, and collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Drive efficiency and embed best practices across programme delivery.
