Job summary

World Vision is seeking a Program Officer for the North Cotabato Area Development Program. The role leads design, implementation, and monitoring of community-based initiatives that promote environmental resilience, sustainable livelihoods, and inclusive development, in collaboration with local stakeholders and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development or related Social Sciences.
• At least 2 years of experience in community development or child wellbeing programs.
• Experience coordinating with local government, communities and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develops and submits contextualized annual implementation plans aligned with the Area Program plan.
• Coordinates and monitors Technical Programs against targets, timelines, quality, and budget.
• Ensures integrated and coordinated program implementation across assigned areas.
• Monitors achievement of targets and budget utilization, with governance and reporting.
• Maintains linkages with government, BCPCs, CBOs, churches, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinates sponsors' and donors' visits and engagement when needed.
