Job summary

World Vision International in the Philippines seeks a Program Officer for the Bukidnon Area Development Program to ensure timely, high-quality implementation of the country strategy. You will collaborate with CBOs, local government units, schools, and faith-based groups to promote child wellbeing and sustainable results.

The role requires coordinating partners, preparing plans, and reporting progress while participating in emergency response if needed. Open-ended post based in Bukidnon.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Social Work or related field.
• Experience in NGO program implementation.
• Strong communication and community engagement skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data handling.
• Willing to live in barangay/primary focus area.

Responsibilities

• Represents WVDF in the assigned municipality to align with the country strategy.
• Coordinates with implementing partners and stakeholders for plan signing.
• Prepares annual implementation plans and tracks progress against targets.
• Reports monthly, semi-annual, and annual outputs and budget usage.
• Builds partner capacity and coordinates required training.
• Facilitates community planning and policy advocacy for child wellbeing.
