World Vision International in the Philippines seeks a Program Officer for the North Cotabato Area Development Program. This role will lead design, implementation, and monitoring of community-based initiatives to promote environmental resilience and inclusive development, serving as a liaison with local authorities and partners.

The officer will coordinate programs, monitor progress, and ensure budgets and sponsorship requirements are met, while supporting child wellbeing and community ownership.

Formación

• BS in Social Work or related field.
• Trained on LEAP 3 and DPA or foundations of Community Organizing and Development.
• At least 2 years of experience in program/project implementation for an NGO.
• Experience working with Local Government Units, national/local agencies, churches, and other organizations.
• Experience in facilitating children’s activities.
• Strong understanding of child rights and responsibilities.
• Knowledge of program/project monitoring and evaluation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, implementation, and monitoring of community initiatives.
• Coordinate TP implementation against targets, timelines, quality, and budget.
• Maintain linkages with government, BCPCs, CBOs, churches, and partners.
• Prepare monthly, semi‑annual, and annual TP reports using prescribed tools.
• Ensure Sponsorship Operations Indicators stay green.
