Job summary

Sidglobal is seeking a seasoned program manager to lead a large-scale banking program within the Philippines. You will plan the program, monitor progress, and manage budgets while ensuring milestones are met through coordinated implementation across IT, business units, and external vendors.

• 15+ years of relevant experience in program management
• 8+ years IT development/solution delivery for financial services
• Experience implementing Cash Management solutions in financial institutions
• Deep technology background with understanding of software and vendor landscapes
• Project management skills: planning, risk, issue management
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management

Responsibilities
