Applicants should have 15+ years in IT solution delivery, including 8+ in banking, with hands-on experience in Loan Origination, Loan Management and Cash Management solutions, and proven leadership across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of professional experience, including 8+ years in IT solution delivery in banking/financial services.
• Proven experience implementing Loan Origination, Loan Management, and Cash Management solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technologies and vendor ecosystems.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of 5+ members on large projects lasting 6+ months.
• Hands-on experience managing multiple third-party vendors and SOWs.
