RCBC Bankard is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee top enterprise and transformation projects, ensuring delivery aligns with strategic goals and improves performance, capabilities, and operating platforms.

The role requires leading project activities, managing risks and dependencies, and coordinating with business and IT teams to ensure successful project outcomes in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• College degree (Business Administration, Management, Finance, IT or Industrial Engineering) required.
• 3-5 years experience in program or project management.
• Proficient with MS Office for data analysis, document writing and presentations.
• Ability to communicate with the Board of Directors and Senior Management to align with Bank goals.

Responsibilities

• Leads initiation and delivery of enterprise and transformation projects for the Bank.
• Drives stakeholder management with sponsors, cross-functional teams and other stakeholders.
• Anticipates risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Regularly reviews project status and milestones; acts as clearing house for issues and resolutions.
• Monitors progress of all assigned projects; maintains alignment with Bank’s strategies.
• Guides and supports business and IT program managers to ensure successful delivery.
• Participates in development and continuous improvement of project management and governance.

• 4. Regularly reviews project status and attained milestones. Acts as the clearing house for
• project-related issues and concerns and recommends appropriate action or resolution to
• intervene and solve the issues. Collaborates with business and IT project managers to
• address any deviations.
• 5. Monitors the progress of all assigned projects and preserves the alignment of the project
