Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Development Studies, Community Development, Agriculture, or related fields.
5–8 years of program development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation experience in a development setting.
Minimum 2 years of people management in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City on a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite, 3 days work-from-home) with occasional field assignments.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and design of innovative program models aligned with strategic priorities in food security, education, and hunger mitigation.
Manage pilots, including testing approaches, success measures, and documentation of results and learning.
Oversee learning and capacity-building initiatives, including curricula, tools, and materials development and evaluation.
Identify and develop partnerships with institutions to support program development, scale, and risk mitigation.
Develop and manage budgets and ensure timely fund releases and grant utilization.
