Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the contingent workforce lifecycle across APAC, from onboarding to offboarding, and provide first-level client and supplier support.

You will review resumes, assist with evaluation, train hiring managers on MSP policies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with program standards.

Strong English, stakeholder management, and ability to work across multiple countries are essential.

Qualifications

  • 1–4 years’ experience in MSP, Vendor Management, Contingent Workforce, or Recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of VMS systems and contingent hiring processes.
  • Professional-level proficiency or above in either Korean or Japanese is mandatory.
  • Strong English communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills are ideal.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
  • Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong process discipline.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong business ethics, integrity, and ability to work within structured procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end contingent workforce lifecycle, including requisition creation, candidate sourcing coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding, assignment management, time & expense processing, and offboarding across APAC stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, suppliers, and contingent workers, ensuring consistent communication and alignment via email, phone, and meetings.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings where required, and submit qualified candidates to hiring managers through the VMS.
  • Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on MSP policies, requisition entry, candidate evaluation, contractor approvals, and VMS processes.
  • Manage supplier relationships, including onboarding new suppliers, delivering VMS training, and ensuring adherence to program standards and processes.
  • Track, document, and resolve client and supplier issues, ensuring timely closure and high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update worker assignments, ensuring accuracy of status changes and compliance with MSP requirements.
  • Monitor supplier performance and compliance against SLAs, including invoicing accuracy, time & expense submission, and assignment lifecycle adherence.
  • Coordinate contractor onboarding requirements, including background checks, drug screening, bill rate validation, and readiness for assignment start dates.
  • Act as a key stakeholder management partner across APAC (7+ countries), supporting escalation management, problem-solving, and alignment between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

What will you be doing?

As a Program Coordinator, you will facilitate and manage various processes specific to the client within the contingent worker lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. The Program Coordinator also provides first-level customer support to Hiring Managers and suppliers. Duties include:
