Job summary

8x8 is seeking a Professional Services Associate Engagement Manager in the Philippines. The role supports pre-sales PS activities, collaborates with Sales, and helps define scope, pricing, and deliverables for complex engagements.

You will build client relationships, prepare statements of work, and provide insights across Voice, Video, UC, and Contact Center solutions. You will lead bids and proposals, forecast bookings, and manage engagement delivery while staying current with 8x8 services and

Qualifications

Degree in a technical or business discipline.
1–4 years of experience selling and delivering consulting services, with examples of engagements over $250,000 per quarter.
Knowledge in Voice, Video, UC, Contact Center, VoIP and Agentic AI Agents.
Ability to develop proposals, statements of work and value propositions.

Responsibilities

Lead scoping, planning, cost estimation, and pricing of PS projects with SOWs and risk assessment.
Build/maintain relationships with Sales to achieve new customer acquisition and upsell goals.
Identify opportunities and lead PS pre-sales planning and bid reviews.
Provide monthly forecasts of Professional Services bookings.
Report on sales pipeline and project portfolio and manage pre-sales deliverables.
Oversee engagement for project portfolio and coach PS consultants.
Transfer industry, technical, and product knowledge to customers.
Stay updated on 8x8 services and competitor offerings.
