Job summary

8x8, Inc. in Manila, Philippines, is seeking an Associate Engagement Manager for its Professional Services sales team. You will provide pre-sales services support, identify customer requirements, and present 8x8 services to achieve goals.

You will interact with management levels and coordinate with Sales to drive new opportunities and renewals. The role requires 1–4 years in consulting services sales/delivery, knowledge of UC/VoIP/Contact Center, and strong proposal and risk assessment skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 1–4 years’ experience selling and delivering consulting services.
• Experience leading solution sales of >$250,000 per quarter.
• Knowledge of Voice, Video, UC, Contact Center, VoIP, or Agentic AI Agents.
• Understanding enterprise customer communications requirements.
• Experience in proposals, SOWs, value propositions, and selling engagements.
• Strong engagement estimation capabilities.
• Experience selling follow-on services to existing clients.
• Product experience or competitors in telecom/related tech preferred.
• Telecommunications delivery services or project management background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping, planning, cost estimating, and pricing of PS projects; develop SOWs and assess risk.
• Partner with Sales to meet new customer acquisition, upsell, and retention goals.
• Identify sales opportunities; lead PS pre-sales planning, pricing, bids, and proposals.
• Provide monthly forecasts of Professional Services bookings.
• Provide management reports on pipeline, schedule fidelity, and budget adherence.
• Oversee the PS project portfolio and client engagement.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with client stakeholders and pre-sales deliverables.
• Direct and indirect coaching of PS delivery consultants.
• Transfer industry, technical, and product knowledge to customers.
• Stay up to date on 8x8 services and competitive offerings.
