Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Proven medical sales experience of at least 1 year.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote company products and advocacies.
• Developing an in-depth understanding of company medications and keeping abreast of the latest developments in medical legislation to determine the effect it may have on company sales.
• Selling and Promoting the Company’s Products.
• Identify appropriate prospects, make effective qualifying sales calls, and achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers.
• To ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
• Actively coordinate and take part in marketing and business development activities
• Attend to customer inquiries effectively and efficiently
• Maintain working relationships with existing clients / new clients
• Coordinate the sales operations of the team, including deliveries/pull-outs consistently
• Timely submission of sales, activities, and administrative reports to management
• Provide updated and accurate information of the Accounts Masterlist
• Collaboration with other employees and leaders of the company to ensure company quotas and standards are being met
• Reporting all updates to all assigned account territorials/competitors’ promotions
• Participate in conferences and seminars to improve job knowledge and expand personal network
• Strictly and faithfully comply with the Company Code of Conduct
• To perform other matters or functions which your superiors may find reasonably necessary to be assigned to you
