Job summary

Glenmark Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Medical Representative to drive awareness and distribution of product lines within the designated territory while delivering continuous medical education to stakeholders.

You will organize CME events, present to doctors and staff, and maintain detailed records of all calls and activities. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in marketing or business, 0–1 year of experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and a willingness to be assigned

Responsibilities

• Plan daily coverage of assigned territory to achieve 18 MD calls and maintain contact records.
• Organize conferences and CME activities for medical organizations.
• Present Glenmark products to doctors, pharmacists and medical staff.
• Monitor competitor promotions and support marketing strategies for early morning and late evening activities.
• Prepare and submit weekly activity reports, sales forecasts, itineraries and MD call cards.
• Participate in National Sales Conference, Mid-Year Conference and District Meetings.
• Coordinate with MDI counterparts to monitor updated sales.
• Disseminate and comply with safety, health, environment and security rules.

About the role

This position is responsible for providing awareness, distribution, and continuous medical education of product lines to all stakeholders of Glenmark Phils Inc.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily coverage of assigned territory to achieve 18 Medical Doctor calls and keep detailed records of all contacts

• Organize conferences and continuous medical education to different medical organizations like Philippine Association of Family Physician, Philippine Dermatological Society and Philippine Pediatric Society

• Execute GPI product presentation to all stakeholders (doctors, pharmacists and other medical staff)

• Observe, record and report promotional materials of competitor activities and apply Glenmark Phils. Inc marketing strategy pertaining to early morning and late evening activities

• Prepare, update, generate and submit weekly activity reports, sample liquidation, sales forecast, itinerary, must-see list and MD call cards and retail call prescription audit to immediate superior

• Participate in company-initiated conferences (National Sales Conference and Mid-Year Conference), District Meetings and Business Review

• Regular coordination meeting with MDI counterparts to monitor MDI updated sales

• Disseminate, explain, and comply with rules and regulations on safety, health, environment, good housekeeping, and security in the area of responsibility

About you

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, and other Science related courses

• Minimum of 0-to-1-year work-related experience
