• Achieve and exceed sales, market share, prescription generation, and revenue targets for the portfolio.
• Formulate and monitor quarterly Territory Business Plans aligned with franchise strategies.
• Conduct market analyses to identify unaddressed opportunities.
• Optimize territory resource allocation and ROI.
• Serve as SME on therapeutic areas and clinical guidelines.
• Deliver evidence-based scientific presentations to specialists and KOLs.
• Cultivate relationships with KOLs and department heads.
• Address clinical inquiries with up-to-date data and real-world evidence.
• Develop relationships with specialists and strategic customers.
• Identify and manage high-value accounts.
