Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering course.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and support production personnel in the execution of daily production plans.
• Provide clear instructions and direction to operators to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
• Monitor production activities and ensure adherence to established standards, procedures, and work instructions.
• Enforce company policies, rules, regulations, and safety requirements within the assigned area.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to address production issues and achieve operational targets.
• Ensure productivity, quality, delivery, and efficiency goals are met in line with KPIs.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, discipline, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and submit production reports and updates as required by management.
