TOYOFLEX CEBU CORPORATION is seeking a Production Leader to oversee daily operations, drive productivity and quality improvements, and ensure on-time delivery. You will analyze processes, implement cost-saving initiatives, and monitor KPIs across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and experience with Lean Methods, ISO standards, and root-cause analysis.
Lead and supervise daily operations to ensure productivity, quality, safety, and on-time delivery of targets.
Analyze production processes and implement continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
Develop, monitor, and improve operational performance through productivity analysis, standard time studies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve workflow, quality, and resource utilization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production planning, engineering activities, and operational improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality management systems (ISO), and regulatory requirements.
Oversee documentation, process standards, and records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Monitor production performance, inventory, and material utilization to achieve cost efficiency.
Investigate production, quality, and customer issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Support audits, customer requirements, and quality assurance activities.
Prepare operational reports, analyze performance trends, and present recommendations to management.
Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing and other process improvement methodologies.
Manage, coach, train, and evaluate team members to develop competencies and improve performance.
Plan work assignments, monitor attendance, and ensure effective utilization of manpower and resources.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of assigned personnel.
Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment while supporting company objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field).
Experience in manufacturing, process engineering, production supervision, quality management, or continuous improvement is an advantage.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Time and Motion Study, Process Improvement, ISO Standards, and Root Cause Analysis is preferred.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.
