Job summary

Pan Asia Resources is seeking a production supervisor to guide the execution of the production plan and oversee operator performance within the assigned area. The role emphasizes discipline, leadership, and adherence to standards to achieve KPI targets.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree and may have prior experience; however, applicants with no prior work history are welcome, provided they demonstrate behavioral competencies such as people management and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any engineering course.
• With or without working experience.
• Behavioral competencies: People Management, Strong Leadership, and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Guides and monitors execution of production plan by giving specific instructions to operators.
• Ensures operators comply with standards, company policies, rules and regulations to meet KPI targets within their area of responsibility.
