Responsibilities

• Ensure the team performs to established standards and guidelines.
• Oversee work and ensure it is done according to the plan.
• Instruct operators on guidelines and best practices.
• Lead production personnel and maintain a team-oriented environment.
• Monitor attendance and act as material custodian as needed.
• Coordinate with supervisor/production planner on scheduling and resources.
• Suggest solutions for production problems and re-post manpower when necessary.
• Ensure materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet targets.
• Ensure all production forms are complete, available and prepared.

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet production target

• Ensure all forms needed for production operation are complete, available and prepared

• Coordinates with supervisor/ production planner regarding production scheduling

• Suggests or recommends solutions for problems being encountered at the production

• Do manpower re-posting if necessary

• Monitors attendance of all workers

• Acts as material custodian

• Monitor the compliance of workers to Company Rules and Regulations

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4 year course

• With 2 to 3 years of experience as Production Team Leader

• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday

• Can work in minimal supervision

• With basic knowledge in machine trouble-shooting
