Job summary

A garment manufacturing company in Laguna is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee finishing processes and ensure quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and supervisory experience in the garments or textile industry, along with strong leadership and communication skills. This role requires a proactive approach to training and production management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees the finishing production processes.
• Ensures safety and quality within specifications.
• Conducts training to sewing operators.
• Conducts training to sewing operators and enforces workplace safety.
• Maintains production reports and operator efficiency records.
• Ensures GMP compliance with company standards.
• Ensures product quality in the Finishing Area and meets output targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversees the finishing production processes.
• Responsible for delivering production as per production plan, ensure safety, quality within specifications.
• Responsible for manning requisition and allocation of available manpower to various workstations during the shift.
• Conductstraining to sewing operators and implements work safety in the workplace
• Maintains production reportsand efficiency records ofoperators.
• Ensures that theimplementation of General Manufacturing Practicesare within the Company standards.
• Ensuresgood qualityof theproducts produced in the Finishing Area.
• Ensures that target productionoutput and efficiency of sewing operatorsare met based on the given standards.

Qualifications:

• Preferably graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• With previous experience in a supervisory capacity in Garments and or Textile industry
• With organizational skills and willingness to assume accountability for plant practices.
• With strong leadership and decision making skills.
