The candidate will plan daily schedules, improve line performance, and drive excellence while maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Flexibility for shifting schedules is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge and experience with electronic components operation and applications
• Ability to work in a cross-cultural team, be assertive, show leadership, be a team player and flexible
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily production schedules to achieve revenue targets and operational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency, line performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead initiatives focused on optimizing production processes and ensuring operational excellence.
• Maintain strict compliance with quality and safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
