Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent.

• Willing to work in a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet revenue targets and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and line performance.
• Lead initiatives to optimize production processes and ensure operational excellence.
• Maintain compliance with quality, safety standards and regulations.
