Job summary

ACS Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production and packaging activities at our Laguna plant. The role focuses on meeting production schedules and quality standards while guiding a team of production workers.

You will implement QC programs, manage inventories, and ensure health and safety compliance, maintaining strong communication with management and peers. A Chemical Engineering degree with at least 1 year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Chemical Engineering with at least 1 year experience.
• Proven experience in a production supervisory role or similar position in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using production software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production / packaging activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards
• Lead and supervise production workers
• Implement and maintain quality control programs to ensure product quality meets specifications
• Manage inventory levels and oversee supply chain to ensure materials availability
