Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the related industry is required.
• Computer literate and strong leadership skills are expected.
• Familiarity with ISO, EMS, and Safety policies is preferred.
• Knowledge of production processes and quality standards is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages subordinates and activities to meet production requirements.
• Implements production schedule and monitors input/output to align with shipment schedules.
• Maintains maximum productivity and minimizes wastage of materials, time, and energy.
• Supports the Process Engineer in line evaluation and material consumption calculations.
• Ensures compliance with work standards, processes, and safety requirements.
• Prepares and submits regular and required reports to superiors.
• Coordinates with units to meet specific work/production requirements.
• Enforces quality system standards and housekeeping in the area of responsibility.
