Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Production Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing operations on the assigned shift at Sta. Rosa, Laguna or Rosario, Cavite. You will ensure targets are met safely, efficiently, and with high product quality, while providing strong leadership to your shift team.

You will report to the Director, Operations and collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance and other departments to drive process improvements and lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Shift Production Manager or in a similar manufacturing leadership role.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement, and quality management systems.
• Willing to work night-shift in Sta. Rosa, Laguna or Rosario, Cavite.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day production activities and workflows during the assigned shift.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
• Identify and resolve production issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance and other departments to optimize processes.
• Monitor and analyze production data for efficiency improvements and cost reduction.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
