Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Pasig City to manage daily outputs on the foodline and ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, and lean practices.

The role focuses on keeping shift handovers smooth and maintaining workforce discipline within a food manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience in shift operations, with a strong understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and relevant labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in shift operations within a food manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, food hygiene, basic lean tools (5S, waste reduction), and labor laws related to shift management.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily shift output and workers on the foodline unit.
