Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in shift operations within a food manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, food hygiene, basic lean tools (5S, waste reduction), and labor laws related to shift management.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily shift output and workers on the foodline unit.
• Ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety regulations, and lean processes.
• Driving team efficiency and maintaining smooth shift handovers and workforce discipline.
