Dempsey Resource Management in Pasig is seeking a shift supervisor for the food and bakery production lines. You will oversee operational execution, hit shift output targets, ensure GMP compliance, and manage real-time quality control and attendance records.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in food technology or related field, and 3–5 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing, preferably bakery. Knowledge of HACCP, 5S, and labor laws related to shift management is essential.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Industrial Technology, Sciences or ant related engineering field.

Experience

3-5 years of supervisory experience in shift operations within a food manufacturing environment, preferably bakery or commercial food processing.

Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, food hygiene, basic lean tools (5S, waste reduction), and labor laws related to shift management.

Salary Range

25K-30K
