Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food technology, industrial technology, sciences or related engineering field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in shift operations within a food manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, food hygiene, basic lean tools (5S, waste reduction), and labor laws related to shift management.
