Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a shift supervisor for our food production team in Pasig, Metro Manila. A bachelor’s degree in food technology or related engineering field is required, with 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing setting, preferably bakery or commercial processing.

You will oversee shift operations, ensure GMP/HACCP compliance, real-time quality control, and maintain attendance logs.
