Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee bakery production line operations in Metro Manila. You will drive shift output targets, ensure GMP/HACCP compliance, and perform real-time quality control while supervising attendance and logs.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in food technology or related field and have 3–5 years of supervisor experience in food manufacturing, preferably bakery. Salary range is 25k–30k PHP monthly with six-day workweeks.
