Job summary

Tarsier Parcel Express Hub in Tubod Mindanao is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of 15-20 workers and manage daily production activities. You will enforce procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards while coordinating with management to meet schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, dependable work ethic, and the willingness to stay in Tubod Mindanao long-term. Accommodation is provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse operations, agricultural processing, or similar preferred.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work in a production/workshop environment.
• Willing to work 6 days per week.
• Willing to be assigned and reside in Tubod City, Mindanao.
• Willing to stay with the company long-term.

• Oversee the daily drying and screening of coconut shell carbon.

• Monitor daily production activities and ensure proper procedures are followed.

• Check the quality and condition of coconut shell carbon throughout the production process.

• Assign daily tasks and monitor workers' attendance and performance.

• Ensure workers follow company rules, production procedures, and safety guidelines.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the production area.

• Monitor production output and report issues, delays, or quality concerns to management.

• Coordinate with management regarding daily production requirements and workforce needs.

• Prepare basic daily production and workforce reports.

• Help ensure that production schedules and targets are met.

• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tubod City, Mindanao. The Production Supervisor will be expected to stay at the assigned accommodation and directly oversee the daily production activities and workers.
