Job summary

Stanley Electric Philippines Inc. is seeking a production supervisor for our Maguyam, Silang facility in Cavite. You will oversee the assembly line, ensure product quality, and drive production targets while guiding a team of production personnel.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering with 1–2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in manufacturing, and is willing to work on site in Silang.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering.
At least 1-2 years of work experience on supervisory level.
Preferably with experience in manufacturing industry (i.e. automotive industry).
With extensive experience in production assembly and its related processes.
Willing to assigned at Maguyam, Silang, Cavite.

Responsibilities

Meet the required quality of products and achieve production plan.
Supervise the production activities of production personnel on the assembly line.
Assist in the verification and checking of all reports, status of schedules, efficiency of personnel and machines and take action if there are unsatisfactory operational results.
Implements all procedures regarding production operation.
Performs / responsible for trouble shooting and adjustment of machines.
Trains personnel on production system and other activities.
Directly responsible and has the authority to stop production should problem arise pertaining to issues related to product quality, equipment failure and other matters.
