Job summary

Ultra Dynamic Steel Service Center Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the smooth flow of manufacturing operations at our Trece Martires, Cavite site, ensuring daily production targets are met.

You will supervise production and dispatch activities, conduct regular inventory, maintain 5S, and report irregularities to uphold efficiency and safety. Join a team focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management required.
• Supervisory experience in manufacturing or FMCG preferred.
• Willing to be assigned in Trece Martirez Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise/oversee the smooth flow of the operation.
• Assign production and dispatch activity process DR Printing and JO preparations and other admin works.
• Conduct regular inventory to ensure on-hand items are intact and properly accounted for.
• Responsible for day to day operations/ assign manpower and monitor operations.
• Responsible for achieving daily production plan.
• Maintain 5S in the plant including arrangement of FG and coils.
• Maintain machinery cleanliness and report any irregularities in operations.
• Follow instructions of superior related to works and submit daily reports.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's Degree/College graduate in Business Management.

• Preferably with supervisory experience in Manufacturing, FMCG and other industry.

• Must have an intensive knowledge in planning, inventory, SAP, 5's, and troubleshooting of machine.

• Applicants should be detail-oriented, team player, communicator and with minimal supervision.

• Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Trece Martirez Cavite.
